Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Conduct virtual appointments with pre-qualified leads to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Benefit Education: Educate clients about their options, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance.
Compliance: Maintain licensing and adhere to all agency and carrier requirements.

Qualifications

Must reside in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina or Tennessee.
Ability to obtain a state Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License. (We offer an in-state Georgia pre-licensing opportunity, allowing you to start working prior to fulfilling the resident life insurance licensing requirement. Additionally, we provide an out-of-state scholarship program for qualifying applicants residing outside of Georgia to help with some of the personal expense of obtaining your residental license.)

Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters / Callers to join our growing team. This role is essential in our sales process, as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, scheduling appointments for our licensed representatives. No cold calling is required—our prospects have requested information about their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads (union members and other eligible groups).
Follow a provided script to engage potential clients and schedule virtual or in-person appointments.
Confirm and update client contact information in the system.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic tone while speaking with clients.
Accurately record appointment details and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client inquiries.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
