Primary Duties:

  • Identify Needs: Recommend suitable life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance products.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong customer and community connections to generate leads and referrals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Licensing: Resident Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia, or other accepted states. Non-resident licenses for Georgia recommended.
  • Coachability: Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
  • Experience: Prior insurance sales is a plus, but diverse backgrounds are welcome. Key is connecting with people and aiding in decision-making.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of effective time management.
