Primary Duties

Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions, including life, accidental, and hospitalization policies.
Build strong relationships within the community to expand networks and referrals.
Maintain compliance with all licensing, agency, and carrier standards.

Qualifications

Experience: No prior insurance experience required; candidates from all backgrounds are welcome. Full training is provided.
Licensing: State-specific licensing will be required, and we will assist in the licensing process after hire.
Skills: Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and focused on client service. Ability to work independently within a supportive team.
