About the Role
As a Remote Benefits Specialist with The Weatherspoon Agency (TWA), you’ll work with pre-qualified clients (no cold calling) to help them understand their supplemental benefits and ensure they have the coverage they need. This fully remote role is perfect for motivated professionals who excel at customer service, time management, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Meet virtually with clients via Zoom to review their benefits options
- Educate clients on available coverage and help them make informed decisions
- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and service
- Manage your schedule and stay organized in a remote setting
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus (but not required)
Licensing Requirement
A state life insurance license is required for this role, but no prior license is needed to apply—we’ll guide you through the entire licensing process.

✅ Not Yet Licensed? No problem! We offer licensing assistance to help you get certified.
- Georgia residents, we provide support for obtaining a temporary Georgia insurance producer license, allowing you up to 15 months.
- Outside Georgia, you may be eligible for our scholarship program to obtain a resident life insurance license in your state (and a non-resident license for Georgia, if applicable). We’ll guide you through the process and provide support.
